摘  要:为验证无油浮动涡旋压缩机驱动液氦温区JT制冷机的可行性,搭建了闭式液氦温区JT制冷机实验平台,开展了降温实验,实现了液氦温区制冷。通过调节压缩机背压,在压比为9.57时优化得到浮动涡旋压缩机的效率为8.65%,此时制冷机可在4.4 K提供24.0 mW制冷量。In order to study the feasibility of an oil-free floating scroll-type compressor driving the JT cryocooler working at liquid helium temperature,a closed-cycle JT cryocooler experiment setup is built up.Cooling down experiment was carried out and liquid helium temperature was achieved.By adjusting the back pressure of the compressor,the optimized exergetic efficiency is 8.65%when the pressure ratio is 9.57.Meanwhile,the JT cryocooler provides a cooling capacity of 24.0 mW at 4.4 K.
