摘　　要：目的了解上海外来务工人员的健康知识、行为和能力水平现状,并分析影响因素,为开展适合该人群的健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取1379名上海各行业的外来务工人员,对他们进行问卷调查。结果上海外来务工人员的总体健康知识得分为46.18±15.99.女性的健康知识、行为和能力水平高于男性(P<0.05);文化程度越高、定居上海的年限越长的外来务工人员的健康知识、行为和能力水平越高(P<0.05);制造业、建筑业和仓储物流业的外来务工人员的健康知识、行为和能力水平低于生活服务业的外来务工人员(P<0.05)。结论上海外来务工人员的健康知识、行为和能力水平较低。应对定居上海不满5年、文化程度偏低的男性以及制造业、建筑业和仓储物流业的外来务工人员开展针对性的健康教育,提升他们的健康素养水平。Objective To understand the current status of health knowledge, behavior and ability of migrant workers in Shanghai and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for the development of health education for different groups of people. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method, 1 379 migrant workers from various industries in Shanghai were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The overall health knowledge score of 1 379 migrant workers was 46.18±15.99. Women’s health knowledge, behavior and ability levels were higher than those of men(P<0.05);the higher the education level and the longer the years of living in Shanghai, the higher the levels of health knowledge, behavior and ability of migrant workers(P<0.05);the health knowledge, behavior and ability levels of manufacturing, construction, and warehousing and logistics industries were lower than those of service industries(P<0.05). Conclusion Migrant workers in Shanghai have relatively low levels of health knowledge, behavior, and abilities. Targeted health education activities should be carried out for men who have settled in Shanghai for less than 5 years and have low education level, as well as migrant workers in manufacturing, construction and warehousing logistics industries, so as to improve their health literacy level.
