摘 要:目的探讨医院科普基地在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法将176例高血压患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上通过医院科普基地实施个性化健康教育。比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、对护理工作的满意度以及血压变化情况。结果研究组患者的疾病知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院科普基地可有效地提升患者对高血压疾病知识的掌握水平和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of the hospital science popularization base in the nursing of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 176 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The control group patients were given routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were carried out the personalized health education through the hospital science popularization base on the basis of routine nursing. The levels of knowledge of disease, self-management ability, satisfaction with nursing work and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of knowledge of disease, self-management ability, and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the blood pressure level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital science popularization base can effectively improve the patients’ knowledge of hypertension and nursing satisfaction.
