摘　　要：为解决孕妇学校存在的问题,本研究基于“一动力三循环”医疗质量管理模式,提出“三联四变”方法并用于孕妇学校日常管理中,提高了听课参与率、教学质量和群众满意度,为医疗助产机构创新孕妇学校工作、提升母婴健康素养提供了参考。In order to solve the problems existing in the school of pregnant women,basing on the medical quality management mode of“one driver and three cycles”,this study proposes the method of“three unites four changes”to be used in the daily management of the school of pregnant women,which improved the attendance rate,teaching quality and public satisfaction,and provided the medical midwifery institutions with innovative work to improve maternal and child health literacy.
