“城市人”理论视角下社区服务中心优化配置策略研究——以武汉市为例

摘　　要：社区服务中心是典型的以居民需求为导向的人居空间,以优化社区服务品质和促进社区居民良性自治为出发点,基于"城市人"理论分析方法,探究居民需求与社区服务中心供给的匹配关系,以武汉市为例,采用社会调查、空间数据挖掘、回归分析等方法,基于"自存/共存"平衡原则,辨识供需双方满意度的共识区间,寻求最优服务半径范围和通行时间,通过制定合理的空间要素优化策略,提升"城市人"与"人居空间"的匹配度和社区服务中心的满意度,为社区服务中心的规划配置提供具有操作性的规划建议。The community service center is a typical residential space oriented to the needs of residents.The starting point is to optimize the quality of community services and promote the benign autonomy of community residents.Based on the analysis method of"homo urbanicus"theory,it explores the matching relationship between residents’needs and the supply of community service centers.Taking Wuhan as an example,using social survey,spatial data mining,regression analysis and other methods,based on the principle of"self-existence/coexistence"balance,the paper identifies the consensus range of satisfaction between the supplier and the demander,and seeks the optimal service radius and transit time.It formulates a reasonable optimization strategy for space elements,improves the matching degree of"homo urbanicus"and"human settlements"and the satisfaction of community service centers,and provides operational planning suggestions for the planning and configuration of community service centers.
