摘　　要：目的:应用网状Meta分析的方法,评价西格列汀、维格列汀、沙格列汀、利格列汀和阿格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:检索CNKI知网、万方数据、维普咨讯和PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library等数据库,进行文献筛选和质量评价,提取数据并使用Stata15.1软件与R软件进行数据处理和统计分析,对西格列汀、维格列汀、沙格列汀、利格列汀和阿格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效进行比较。结果:共纳入40篇文献,包含40个随机对照试验、9266名受试者。网状Meta分析结果显示,降低糖化血红蛋白的疗效,阿格列汀>维格列汀50 mg bid>西格列汀>沙格列汀>利格列汀>维格列汀50 mg qd;降低空腹血糖的疗效,阿格列汀>西格列汀>沙格列汀>维格列汀50 mg bid>利格列汀>维格列汀50 mg qd。结论:5种药物治疗2型糖尿病的疗效,阿格列汀最好,维格列汀50 mg bid、西格列汀、沙格列汀、利格列汀疗效居中,维格列汀50 mg qd相对较差。Objective:The network meta-analysis approach was applied to review the efficacy of sitagliptin,vildagliptin,saxagliptin,linagliptin and alogliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Databases including CNKI,Wanfang VIP and PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library were searched.The literature was screened and the quality of the screened literature was evaluated.Then the data were extracted and Stata 15.1 software with R software was used for data processing and statistical analysis.The efficacy of sitagliptin,vildagliptin,saxagliptin,linagliptin and alogliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was compared.Results:A total of 40 randomized controlled trials involving 9266 subjects were included.The results of network Meta-analysis showed that the efficacy of reducing HbA1c was:alogliptin>vildagliptin 50 mg bid>sitagliptin>saxagliptin>linagliptin>vildagliptin 50 mg qd.The efficacy of reducing FPG was:alogliptin>sitagliptin>saxagliptin>vildagliptin 50mg bid>linagliptin>vildagliptin 50 mg qd.Conclusions:Among the five drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,the effect of alogliptin is the best,the effect of vildagliptin 50mg bid,sitagliptin,saxagliptin and linagliptin is in the middle,and the effect of vildagliptin 50 mg qd is relatively poor.
