摘 要:目的:观察声带息肉术后患者应用基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model,IMB)的发声量化训练后对声带功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我科2019年3月至2020年12月期间95例声带息肉手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组47例,给予基于IMB模型的干预;观察组48例在此基础上实施发声量化训练,术后4周对比两组患者嗓音质量,嗓音声学参数,发声能力。结果:两组患者术前嗓音嘶哑分级(Grade,roughness,breathi-ness,asthenia and strain scale,GRBAS)、发声能力及嗓音障碍指数评分对比无明显差异;术后4周观察组患者GRBAS评分均明显低于对照组,基础音频与最长发声时间均有提升,观察组各项指标改善更明显;观察组发声能力及嗓音障碍指数评分明显优于对照组同时期评分(均P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型为基础的发声量化训练可促进患者定时定量完成发声训练,有效恢复声带功能。Objective:To observe the effect of vocal quantification training based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model(IMB)on the recovery of vocal cord function in patients after vocal cord polyp surgery.Methods:Ninety-five patients undergoing vocal cord polyp surgery from March 2019 to December 2020 in our department were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 47 cases in the control group,who received intervention based on the IMB model;48 cases in the observation group who was given vocal quantification training on this basis.4 weeks after the operation,the voice quality,voice acoustic parameters,and vocal ability of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the preoperative hoarseness(grade,roughness,breathiness,asthenia and strain scale,GRBAS)scores,the preoperative vocalization ability and voice disorder index scores of the two groups of patients.The GRBAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 weeks after surgery.The long vocalization time was improved,and the various indicators of the observation group improved more significantly;and the vocalization ability and voice disorder index scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control 4 weeks after surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative vocalization training based on the IMB model can promote patients to complete vocalization training regularly and quantitatively,and effectively restore vocal cord function.
