摘 要:为了制备一种超疏水涂层,先用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)与羟基硅油(PDMS)反应合成了中间体H-PDMS,再让H-PDMS和环氧丙烯酸树酯(EA)反应,得到PDMS改性的环氧丙烯酸树脂(PEA),之后与疏水型nmSiO_(2)共混涂膜,UV固化可制备出一种超疏水涂层。采用红外光谱、接触角测量仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、百格测试仪等表征了接枝材料的化学结构,涂层的疏水性、附着力等。结果表明:硅烷链段成功地接枝到EA的侧链上,当H-PDMS添加量为80wt%,nm SiO_(2)添加量为30wt%时,制备的涂层表面具有明显的微纳二级粗糙结构,接触角可达155°,滚动角小于3°,且在铝片上具有优异的附着力和自清洁性能。Super-hydrophobic coatings are getting more and more attention from researchers because of their application in anti-icing,anti-corrosion,anti-static,oil-water separation,self-cleaning,etc.A novel modified epoxy acrylic resin(PEA)was synthesized from polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and epoxy acrylic resin(EA),and then blended with nmSiO_(2) to prepare superhydrophobic coating by UV curing.The chemical structure,hydrophobicity and adhesion of the grafted material were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,contact angle measuring instrument,field emission scanning electron microscope and 100-cell measuring instrument.The results show that the silane segments are successfully grafted onto the EA backbone,HDI plays the role of a spacer group in the side chain between the EA backbone and PDMS.When H-PDMS is 80wt%of the epoxy acrylic resin and the solid content of nmSiO_(2) was 30wt%,the surface of the prepared coating has obvious micro-nano roughness structure,water contact angle is about 155°,slide angle is less than 3°.It also has excellent adhesion and self-cleaning properties on aluminum sheets substrates.
