摘 要:X射线荧光光谱(XRF)被广泛应用于锰系合金的分析,具有检测速度快、分析精度高、重现性好的特点。文章收集了近20年来锰系合金(硅锰合金、锰铁)中硅、锰、磷等元素的X射线荧光光谱测定方法文献36篇,其中压片制样23篇,熔融制样13篇。重点介绍了压片制样和熔融制样的具体应用情况,并对这两种方法的优缺点作了简要的评述。X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)has been widely used in the analysis of manganese series alloys.It has the characteristics of fast detection speed,high analytical precision and good reproducibility.Total 36 articles concerning the determination methods of silicon,manganese and phosphorus in manganese series alloys(silicomanganese and ferromanganese)by XRF were summarized.Among them,23 articles were about pressing sample preparation and 13 articles were about melting sample preparation.The application of these two methods was introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were also briefly reviewed.
