摘 要:锡铝合金是一种潜在的特殊物理实验用功能材料,准确测定铝元素含量对该材料的研究具有重要意义。实验采用稀王水溶解样品,选择Al 396.152 nm作为分析谱线,采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线消除基体效应的影响,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锡铝合金中铝含量的方法。铝的质量浓度在1.00~20.00 mg/L范围内与谱线强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,方法检出限为0.0013%(质量分数,下同),定量限为0.0043%。按照实验方法测定3个锡铝合金样品中铝,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)不大于1.3%,回收率为97%~102%,且与分光光度法的测定值基本一致。Tin-aluminum alloy was a potential functional material for special physical experiments.The accurate determination of aluminum content in alloy was important for the study of this material.The tin-aluminum alloy sample was dissolved with the diluted aqua regia.Al 396.152 nm was selected as the analytical line.The calibration curve was prepared by matrix matching method to eliminate the matrix effect.A determination method of aluminum in tin-aluminum alloy was established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).When the mass concentration of aluminum was in the range of 1.00-20.00 mg/L,it had good linear relationship with the corresponding spectral intensity.The correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9999.The limit of detection of method was 0.0013%(mass fraction,similarly hereinafter),and the limit of quantification was 0.0043%.The content of aluminum in three tin-aluminum alloy samples was determined according to the experimental method.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of determination results were not higher than 1.3%,and the recoveries were between 97% and 102%.The determination results were basically consistent with those obtained by spectrophotometry.
