摘  要:统计我国已建和在建的部分LNG接收站栈桥长度。针对河北省某LNG接收站拥有的国内最长栈桥(2357 m),采用Hysys软件对长距离栈桥的接收站卸料流程进行模拟计算,对6种卸料方案的流量、压力降进行对比,探讨长距离栈桥给接收站卸料设计与保冷循环设计带来的影响。较常规接收站卸料速率(1.32×10^(4)m^(3)/h),长距离栈桥接收站的卸料速率将偏小,约1.0×10^(4)~1.2×10^(4)m^(3)/h,卸料臂需配置4个。保冷管道可考虑采用219.1 mm或273.1 mm管道,码头保冷循环量约增加到常规接收站的两倍,用于保冷循环的低压泵数量也将增多。The length of trestles of some LNG terminals built and under construction in China is counted.Aiming at the domestic longest trestle(2357 m)owned by a LNG terminal in Hebei Province,HYSYS software is used to simulate and calculate the unloading process of the long-distance trestle terminal.The flow and pressure drop of six unloading schemes are compared.The influence of the long-distance trestle on the unloading design and cold insulation cycle design of the terminal is discussed.Compared with the unloading rate of conventional terminal(1.32×10^(4) m^(3)/h),the unloading rate of long-distance trestle terminal will be lower,about 1.0×10^(4) to 1.2×10^(4) m^(3)/h,and 4 unloading arms are required.The cold insulation pipeline of 291.1 mm or 273.1 mm can be considered.The cold insulation circulation volume of the wharf is about twice that of the conventional terminal,and the number of low pressure pumps used for cold insulation circulation will also increase.
