摘　　要：目的建立液相色谱测定复方益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾含量的方法。方法采用具有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85);检测波长为288 nm;流量为1.0 ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果水飞蓟宾的质量浓度在1.179 6~47.184 g/ml范围与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均加样回收率为96.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.9%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好,可为全面评价和控制复方益肝灵片制剂提供质量依据。Objective To determine the Silybin in Fufang-Yiganling tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphate with(15∶85). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 288 nm. The column temperature was 30℃.Results Silybin had a good linear range between 1.179 6 and 47.184 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 3. The sample recovery rates was 96.9%, and RSD was 0.9%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which provides a reference for the quality control of Fufang-Yiganling tablets.
