摘 要:赵固二矿西风井项目采用冻结钻爆法施工,土体在冻结后物理性质的改变对爆破效果影响非常显著。为了加快工程进度,针对目前冻土爆破进尺小的问题,通过室内冻土试验获得冻土基本物理性质,开展系列单孔漏斗试验、宽孔距同段爆破漏斗试验。单孔爆破漏斗试验获得在装药量0.175kg时,冻土最佳炮孔深度0.45m,最佳爆破漏斗体积0.075m3,最佳爆破漏斗半径0.438m;五孔同段掏槽眼爆破时,获得爆破漏斗体积为0.382m3;一定药量下,周边眼爆破孔底距离为60cm时,冻土爆破轮廓效果较好。The freezing drilling and blasting method was used in the west air shaft project of Zhaogu No.2 Mine. The change of physical properties of soil after freezing has a significant influence on the blasting effect. Aiming at the short blasting footage of frozen soil under the current blasting parameters, the basic physical properties of frozen soil were obtained through laboratory tests, and a series of single-hole crater tests and wide-hole spacing blasting crater tests in the same section were carried out. The results of single-hole blasting crater test show that when the charge amount is 0.175 kg, the optimum hole depth of frozen soil is 0.45 m, the optimum blasting crater volume is 0.075 m3, and the optimum blasting crater radius is 0.438 m.The volume of blasting funnel is 0.382 m3 for the same cut hole blasting with five holes. Under a certain amount of charge, blasting looseness effect is better when the bottom distance of peripheral hole is 60 cm.The test results can provide reference for the design of frozen soil blasting scheme and accelerate the progress of the project.
