摘 要:针对不连沟煤矿特厚煤层工作面预掘回撤通道变形破坏严重的问题,采用现场监测和数值模拟方法研究了主回撤通道受工作面推进距离影响下围岩变形和塑性区分布特征。提出锚-梁-注综合控制技术来实现主回撤通道围岩有效控制,主要对策为通过锚杆索支护实现强力护表,长锚索配合刚性工字钢梁形成具有强托顶能力的锚吊梁结构,两帮注浆加固增强煤体承载能力。现场实践表明,锚-梁-注综合控制技术能够使末采期间主回撤通道围岩变形量大幅降低,保障工作面顺利回撤。In view of the severe deformation and damage of pre-excavation withdrawal channel in extra-thick seam, on-site monitoring and numerical simulation were used to study the surrounding rock deformation and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the main withdrawal channel under the influence of the advance distance of the working face. An integrated control technology of bolt-beam-grouting was proposed to control the surrounding rock, strong surface protection was achieved through the support of bolts and cables;long anchor cables and rigid I-beams were used to form anchors with strong jacking capabilities beam structure;the coal bearing capacity of the sidewalls is strengthened through grouting. The field application showed that the integrated control technology of anchor-beam-grouting could greatly reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the main withdrawal channel during the final mining stage and ensured the smooth withdrawal of the working face.
