摘　　要：从标准名称和标准类别、技术指标、标识、运输及贮存相关要求等方面,阐述了我国动力商品煤系列国家标准相较于原工业用煤技术要求系列标准的修订要点。列举了国内重点用煤城市的地方标准情况,将其中对发电用煤和非发电工业用燃料煤的技术要求分别与相应国家标准进行了对比分析,指出了各重点省市在动力用煤指标控制方面如全硫、灰分含量等严于相应的国家标准,国家标准与地方标准相辅相成,共同促进我国动力用煤质量的提升。The revision points of China’s series of national standards for steam coal compared with the original series of technical requirements for industrial coal were expounded from the aspects of standard name, standard category, technical index, marking, and transportation and storage requirements. The significance of the revision was also analyzed. The local standards in key coal-consumption cities were listed and compared with the corresponding national standards. The results show that, technical indexes such as total sulfur and ash content in local standards are stricter than that in the corresponding national standards;national and local standards supplement each other to promote the quality of power coal in China.
