社区综合性养老设施设计的多元化和可持续性研究

摘　　要：当前,我国人口老龄化问题日渐突出,构建居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合的综合性养老服务体系及设施,是时代赋予我们的新命题。本文的研究目的是从老年人的生理、心理、行为特点和需求为出发点,结合国内外相关研究状况,基于社区居家养老型养老设施的现状调研和设计手法分析,考虑社区养老设施应满足老年人社区养老、日常出行等多方面需求,提出社区综合性养老设施设计应考虑如何优化老年人在空间上的使用状况,在空间布局、无障碍及人性化设计、家具设计及细部设计等提出更为细致的设计策略,为之后社区养老设施的设计建造提出可供参考的设计建议。At present,the problem of aging population is becoming more and more prominent in our country.It is a new proposition given to us by the Times to construct a comprehensive elderly care service system and facilities that are coordinated between home community institutions and combined with medical care and health care.The paper starts from the physiological,psychological and behavior characteristics and the demand of the elderly.Combined with the related research status at home and abroad,based on analysis on the current conditions of the community home pension facilities and design methods,the paper considers that the community endowment facilities should meet the demand of the elderly in community endowment,daily travel,and so on.It puts forward the detailed design strategy that the comprehensive community endowment facilities design should consider how to optimize the use of the elderly in space,the space layout,the accessibility and humanized design,furniture design and detailed design so as to provide design suggestions for the design and construction of community pension facilities for reference.
