00后大学生自主学习影响因素及应对策略——基于扎根理论的质性研究

摘　　要：00后大学生以其不同于80后90后的独特群体特点为大学生自主学习的引导和提升带来了新的挑战。需要充分探究00后大学生自主学习的影响因素,把握问题的根本所在。借助扎根理论方法,避免量化研究与实际现象脱离的问题,实际问题出发对00后大学生自主学习影响因素和机理进行系统的研究,构建理论模型,提出针对性的实施策略,以更好地促进00后大学生自主学习的转化。“Post-00s”college students have brought new challenges to the guidance and promotion of college students’independent learning with their unique characteristics,which are different from“post 80s”and“post-90s”.It is necessary to fully explore the influencing factors of“post-00s”college students’self-learning and grasp the root of the problems.The research uses the grounded theory method and tries to avoid the problem of separation between quantitative research and the actual phenomena.It studies the influencing factors and mechanism of“post-00s”college students’self-learning,constructs a theoretical model,and proposes some implementation strategies in a targeted manner to better promote the transformation of college students’independent learning.
