女贞子有效成分的提取工艺及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：女贞子中含有三萜类、黄酮类、多糖类、挥发油类、环烯醚萜类、苯乙醇苷类等生物活性成分,具有提高生产性能、改善抗氧化功能、提高免疫力、促进脂类代谢、抑菌等多种生物学功能,是一种天然植物饲料添加剂。为促进女贞子在饲料生产中的广泛应用,文章对女贞子的有效成分、提取工艺及在畜禽生产中的应用进行论述,为开发新型天然绿色植物饲料添加剂提供参考。Fructus ligustri lucidi contains triterpenes,flavonoids,polysaccharides,volatile oils,cycloetherterpenes,phenylethanosides and other bioactive components.It has many biological functions,such as improving production performance,improving antioxidant function,improving immunity,promoting lipid metabolism and bacteriostasis,and is a natural plant feed additive.In order to promote wide application of natural plant Fructus ligustri lucidi in feed production,the paper discussed the effective components,extraction technology and its application in livestock and poultry production of Fructus ligustri lucidi,in order to provide reference for develop new type natural green plant feed additive.
