摘  要:采用熔块法制备了SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-K2O-Na2O系顽火辉石微晶乳浊釉。借助DSC、XRD、SEM、维氏硬度计、CIE L*a*b*等测试手段研究了釉面的显微结构及综合性能。结果表明,尺寸接近可见光波长、分布均匀的顽火辉石微晶对可见光的反射作用较强,产生良好的乳浊效果;形状完好的顽火辉石晶体使得釉面具有较高的硬度。釉面白度和硬度均优于锆釉,可以作为代替锆釉的一种经济实惠的选择。Enstatite glass-ceramic glazes were successfully obtained in the system of SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-K2O-Na2O by frits.The morphological characteristics and combination properties of the glazes were confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Vickers hardness and spectrophotometer.The experimental results suggested that enstatite with sizes close to the wavelength of visible light distributed evenly in the glaze and had a strong scattering of light,which were responsible for a good opaque effect.Well-shaped enstatite crystals endowed glaze with higher hardness.The whiteness and Vickers hardness of the enstatite glass-ceramic glaze are both better than zircon glazes,which can be considered as an alternative one for manufacturing opaque ceramic glazes in a cost effective way.
