孕前优生检查筛查对出生缺陷发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孕前优生检查筛查对出生缺陷发生率的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2020年2月商丘市梁园区人口和计划生育宣传技术站计划怀孕的274对育龄夫妇。按照有无优生检查分为对照组(n=115)和实验组(n=159)。实验组孕前进行优生检查筛查,对照组孕前无优生检查;观察比较两组胎儿出生缺陷类型及发生率情况。结果实验组胎儿出生后唇腭裂、四肢畸形、神经管畸形及先天性心脏病的发生例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组出生缺陷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论备孕夫妇孕前进行优生检查筛查可有效预防胎儿出生出现唇腭裂、四肢畸形、神经管畸形及先天性心脏病等,对降低出生缺陷发生率具有重要价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the influence of pre-pregnancy health examination and screening on the incidence of birth defects.Methods 274 couples of childbearing age in the Population and Family Planning Publicity Technical Station of Liangyuan District, Shangqiu City from May 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled, and divided into two groups according to the absence or presence of pre-pregnancy health examination, control group(n=115) and experimental group(n=159).The types and incidence of birth defects were observed and compared between groups.Results The incidence rate of cleft lip and palate, limb deformity, neural tube deformity and congenital heart disease in experimental group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of birth defects in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-pregnancy examination and screening can effectively reduce the rate of birth defects including cleft lip and palate, limb deformity, neural tube deformity and congenital heart disease, which is worth promoting.
