摘　　要：目的分析信息化追溯系统在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年6月~2019年6月期间消毒供应中心的1000例外来器械,追溯其管理工作,分析其管理效果,取2019年7月应用信息化追溯系统(2019年7月~2020年7月)的1000例外来器械进行质量分析,对比管理前后的质量。结果信息化追溯系统应用后,器械验收、清洗、灭菌、包装合格率均高于管理前,P<0.05;信息化追溯系统应用后,器械收发速度、供应质量、问题追溯、沟通服务质量评分均比管理前高,P<0.05。结论信息化追溯系统用于消毒供应中心外来器械管理可显著提高器械管理质量,提升消毒供应合格率,建议推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of the information traceability system in the management of external equipment in the disinfection supply center.Methods Retrospectively analyze 1,000 instruments from the disinfection supply center from June 2018 to June 2019,trace their management work, analyze their management effects, and take the application of the information traceability system in July 2019(July 2019 ~ July 2020) 1000 exceptions come to the device for quality analysis, and compare the quality before and after management.Results After the application of the information-based traceability system, the qualification rates of equipment acceptance, cleaning, sterilization, and packaging were all higher than those before management, P<0.05;After the application of the information-based traceability system, the speed of receiving and sending devices, supply quality, problem traceability, and communication service quality The scores were all higher than before management, P<0.05.Conclusion The information traceability system used in the management of external equipment in the disinfection supply center can significantly improve the quality of equipment management and increase the qualified rate of disinfection supply.It is recommended to promote it.
