Objective To observe the effect of blood flow restriction training on muscle and limb function rehabilitation of obese stroke patients with Hemiplegia. Methods Data of 66 patients with total Hemiplegia of obese stroke admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into Study Group(n=33) and Control Group(n=33).The Control Group received routine nursing and the study group received blood flow restriction training, the improvement of muscle strength, muscle volume, balance ability and limb movement function before and after different nursing measures were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the percentage of muscle strength(Grade 0,Grade 1,Grade 2) between the Study Group and the Control Group(P<0.05),and in the improvement of FMA and BBS scores between the Study Group and the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular and systematic blood flow restriction training can enhance muscle strength, improve limb dysfunction and trunk instability, and improve the quality of life of obese stroke patients with Hemiplegia.
