摘 要:在一些复杂地形环境中进行钻孔灌注桩施工作业时,非常容易出现各类问题,从而对施工安全性和工程质量产生影响。例如,在岩溶发育地带进行钻孔作业时,常规的作业方式为采用冲击钻抛填或冲击钻冲孔后钢护筒跟进方式进行施工,传统的作业方法容易导致岩溶地形发生坍塌、漏浆等危险情况。为了更好地改进复杂施工条件下的钻机成孔施工质量,本文以复杂岩溶地形环境为具体分析对象,对桩基套管全回钻孔机施工的具体方案进行分析,以期可以促进复杂环境下施工作业的效率及质量提升。When bored pile construction is carried out in some complex terrain environments,various problems are very easy to occur,thus affecting the construction safety and engineering quality.For example,when drilling in karst development zone.The conventional operation method is to use impact drill to throw and fill or steel casing to follow up after punching.The traditional operation method is easy to cause dangerous situations such as collapse and slurry leakage in karst terrain.In order to better improve the drilling quality under complex construction conditions,this paper takes the complex karst terrain environment as the concrete analysis object,and analyzes the concrete construction scheme of pile foundation casing full-return drilling machine,in order to promote the efficiency and quality of construction operation under complex environment.
