摘  要:干旱是影响玉米生产的主要限制因子,为创制玉米耐旱性种质,以CIMMYT引进的耐旱种质CML 538、CML 539和普通玉米自交系PH 6 WC、QR 273、LX 9081为材料,利用常规技术构建回交群体,采用分子标记辅助选择(Marker assisted selection,MAS)技术,将耐旱主效基因渗入普通玉米自交系中。从构建的6个群体,经分子标记辅助选择,共获得22份材料,其中,dhn1渗入的材料1份,dhn2渗入的材料19份,同时渗入dhn1和dhn2的材料2份。经种子萌发期耐旱性鉴定,与轮回亲本相比,22份材料耐旱性均有不同程度的提高,其中,中等及以上耐旱型材料18份。研究表明,采用MAS技术实现玉米耐旱主效QTL(或基因)的渗入可以有效提高玉米耐旱性,对玉米耐旱种质遗传改良和育种应用有着重要意义。Drought is the main limiting factor of maize production.In order to create drought-tolerant maize germplasm,drought-tolerant variety CML 538 and CML 539 introduced from CIMMYT and common maize inbred lines PH 6 WC,QR 273 and LX 9081 were used as materials,and the main drought-tolerant genes were infiltrated into common maize inbred lines by using Marker Assisted Selection(MAS)method.A total of 22 materials were obtained from 6 constructed populations by MAS.Among them,one material infiltrated dhn1 while 19 materials infiltrated dhn2.In additon,2 materials infiltrated dhn1 and dhn2 at the same time.Compared with recurrent parents,the drought tolerance of 22 materials was improved in different degrees,among which 18 were of medium or above drought tolerance type by drought-tolerance identification at seed germination stage.The results showed that the infiltration of the main QTL(or gene)for drought tolerance could effectively improve the drought tolerance of maize,which was of great significance for the genetic improvement and breeding application of maize drought tolerance germplasms.
