摘　　要：油井长期开采会造成套管、近井地带结蜡严重,化学方法能快速有效的解决油田作业结蜡现象。研究通过对9种溶剂、6种表面活性剂的优选与复配,形成乳液型清蜡剂,其中复合溶剂石油醚:环己烷:煤油体积比为1:3:2;表面活性剂咪唑啉:异丙醇:石油磺酸钠体积比为2:1:1,占体系的5%~8%时溶蜡速率最高,室内评价结果表明,该乳液型清蜡剂闪点、凝点均符合行业标准,室温条件下对现场蜡块的溶蜡速率能够达到0.18 g/min。通过现场试验,该清蜡剂能有效清除井筒及近井地带蜡质的堵塞,增强油井改造效果。Long-term drilling of oil wells will cause severe waxing in the casing and near wells.The methods of chemical can solve the waxing phenomenon in oilfields quickly and effectively.Through the optimization and compounding of 9 solvents and 6 surfactants,emulsion wax cleaning agent was formed,in which the compound solvent petroleum ether:cyclohexane:kerosene volume ratio was 1:3:2.The volume ratio of imidazoline:opropanol:sodium petroleum sulfonate was 2:1:1.The surfactant is accounting for 5%~8%of the system,can reach the highest wax dissolution rate.Indoor evaluation results show that the emulsion type wax cleaning agent flash point,condensation point all meet industry standards.The wax dissolution rate of the spot wax block can reach 0.18 g/min at room temperature.The field results show that the wax cleanser can effectively remove the wax blockage of the wellbore and near the well,and enhance the effect of oil well reconstruction.
