摘 要:烟点是评价航空燃料燃烧性能的重要指标,烟点值大小与航空燃料的碳氢结构密切相关。本文主要采用荧光指示剂吸附法、气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)、自动烟点仪对3号喷气燃料、生物航煤及煤基航空燃料进行烃类组分和烟点的分析研究。研究结果得出,对烟点起主要作用的是芳烃和环烷烃组分,影响最大的是芳烃组分含量,随着芳烃含量增加,烟点值降低;当环烷烃含量超过69%以上时,环烷烃含量越高,烟点降低;对于掺混70%以上生物航煤的航空燃料,无法检出其燃烧无烟状态的烟点值。Smoke point is an important property of the combustion performance of aviation fuel,and reflects the carbon deposition tendency of aviation fuel combustion.As we all known,the smoke point is related to the hydrocarbon-type components of the aviation fuel.In order to study the effects of the components of aviation fuel on the smoke points,the different aviation fuels that were No.3 jet fuel,bio-fuel and coal-based jet fuel were chosen to an-alyzed by fluorescence indicator adsorption,Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and automatic smoke point analyzer.The results show that the aromatics and cycloalkanes have influence on the smoke point,the aromatics component content has the greatest influence and the smoke point value decreases with the increase of aromatics content.When the content of cycloalkanes is more than 69%,the smoke point decreases with the increase of cycloalkanes content.For aviation fuel mixed with more than 70%bio-jet fuel,the smoke point value cannot be detected.
