摘  要:本文针对定边采油厂对新型稠化酸体系进行了评价研究,实验结果表明该稠化酸体系具有降低腐蚀速率及溶蚀速率的特点,利于酸液进入离井筒更远的区域,破胶液黏度为1.8 mPa·s,接近于水,表面张力测试值为34.81 m N/m,界面张力为0.38 mN/m,均与水的性质相似,不会对油井注水造成影响,破胶液的防膨率为92.3%,远高于标准要求的75%,因此具有较好的防膨性能,该体系不需要加入缓蚀剂、助排剂和黏土稳定剂,对提高经济效益具有非常重要的现实意义,通过现场应用表明体系具有良好的性能,最高注水压力降低率达到了60.87%,具有良好的应用价值及推广价值。This paper reports a new gelled acid system which was evaluated by Dingbian oil production plant.The experimental results show that the gelled acid system has the characteristics of reducing the corrosion rate and dissolution rate,which is beneficial to the acid entering the farther area away from the wellbore.The viscosity of the gel breaking liquid is 1.8 mPa·s which is close to water,the surface tension test value is 34.81 mN/m,and the interfacial tension is 0.38 mN/m,which are similar to the properties of water,these will not affect the water injection of the well.The antiswelling rate of glue breaking liquid is 92.3%which is higher than the standard requirement of 75%,so it has good antiswelling rate performance.This system does not need to add inhibiter,clean up additive and clay stabilizer,which can improve the economic benefits.The field application shows that this system has good performance,the reduction rate of water injection pressure can reaches to 60.87%,which indicate this system has good application value and promotional value.
