摘 要:介绍井下电动取心测井仪井壁取心仪作业过程中检测岩心的一种方法,简称岩心检测模块,岩心检测模块是机械旋转井壁取心仪的主要模块之一,通过该模块,可以实时辅助操作工程师判断该层位是否获取岩心,使用该检测方法可以实时得知取心成功与否,本文介绍的岩心检测模块采用机械和电子模块共同实现其功能,主要原理为通过机械连杆结构的运动,以及力的转换,并且通过电路的采集上传至上位机,判断是否有岩心通过,经过电路处理,不但可以判断是否获取岩心,还可以检测该岩心的长度。本文针对该种检测方法的结构特点、设计原理及工作状态以及现场应用进行阐述。This paper introduces a method of core detection in the operation process of downhole rotary sidewall coring instrument,which is referred to as the core detection module.The core detection module is one of the main modules of mechanical rotary sidewall coring instrument.Through this module,the operation engineer can be assisted in real time to determine whether the core is obtained in this layer,and whether the coring is successful or not can be known in real time by using the detection method.The core detection module uses mechanical and electronic modules to realize its function.The main principle is to transfer the mechanical connecting rod structure and force,and upload it to the upper computer through the circuit collection to judge whether there is a core passing through.After the circuit processing,not only can we judge whether to obtain the core,but also can detect the length of the core.In this paper,the structural characteristics,design principle,working state and field application of this method are described.
