摘　　要：患者女,55岁,双下肢、右上肢深红褐色斑片10余年。皮肤科情况:右上肢内侧、双下肢可见硬币大小深褐红色斑片,部分触摸有浸润感。体检:系统检查未见明显异常。实验室检查示血IL-6水平增加。皮损组织病理示:网篮状角化,表皮轻度增生,真皮血管周围致密浆细胞浸润。诊断:皮肤浆细胞增生症。A 55-year-old female presented with dark maroon patches on both lower limbs and right upper limb for more than 10 years.Physical examination found coin-sized dark brown-red patches on the inner side of the right upper limb and lower limbs,some of which were irritated by the touch.No systemic manifestations were noted.Laboratory examination showed increased blood IL-6 levels.Histopathology demonstrated a basket-shaped net of keratinization,mild epidermal hyperplasia,and dense plasma cell infiltration around dermal blood vessels.The patient was diagnosed with cutaneous plasmacytosis.
