摘　　要：甲是人体最大的皮肤附属器,由甲单元、甲周软组织及周围的血管神经构成。甲的结构受到内外界影响时,常表现出一系列临床症状,其中甲母质受损导致的甲板异常最为多见。本文结合国内外有关甲病的研究进展进行综述,主要介绍了几种罕见甲病,重点描述其可能病因、临床特点及治疗方法。The nail,the largest skin appendage of the human body,comprises nail plate,soft tissue,blood vessels and surrounding nerves.When the nail structure is affected by internal and external factors,it often presents a series of clinical symptoms,of which plate abnormalities caused by damage to the matrix are the most common.Based on the published research about nail diseases,the review mainly presents several rare nail diseases,focusing on their possible etiology,clinical features and treatment.
