摘 要:分析现有混凝土泵车行程控制方法的特点,指出现有行程控制方法存在的不足。根据泵送工作原理和两平行平板间的缝隙流理论建立联通腔油液泄漏数学模型,指出导致泵送行程不稳定的主要原因是两油缸存在内泄漏且内泄漏量不相等。分析影响油缸内泄漏的因素以及联通腔泄漏流量与压差的关系,提出了一种基于压力差的联通腔泄漏流量分析方法。通过直接测量混凝土泵车泵送油缸各腔压力,根据压差变化分析联通腔油液体积的变化趋势,试验验证了所提联通腔泄漏流量分析方法的有效性,为泵送行程控制提供了重要的理论与技术支撑。The characteristics of the existing stroke control methods for concrete pump trucks are analyzed,and the drawbacks of the existing stroke control methods are presented in this paper.According to the working principle of pumping and the theory of gap flow between two parallel plates,the mathematical model of oil leakage in the connecting cavity is established.It is indicated that the main reason for the instability of the pumping stroke is the internal leakage of the two cylinders and the unequal amount of internal leakage.The factors affecting in-cylinder leakage and the relationship between the leakage flow rate and the pressure difference of the connecting cavity are analyzed,and a method for analyzing the leakage flow rate of the connecting cavity based on the pressure difference is put forward.By directly measuring the pressure of each cavity of the pumping cylinder of the concrete pump truck,the changing trend of the oil volume of the connecting cavity is analyzed according to the change of the pressure difference.The effectiveness of the leakage flow analysis method of the connecting cavity is verified.The obtained results provide vital theoretical and technical support for the pumping stroke control.
