摘 要:目的探讨不同缺氧耐力军事飞行人员血常规参数变化差异,以期为军事飞行人员医学选拔策略的不断完善提供理论依据。方法随机选择在我中心进行低氧耐力训练的的男性军事飞行人员,利用7.1%氧浓度的氮氧混合气模拟7500 m高原氧环境,使用原空军航空医学研究所研制的KK-1型抗荷、抗缺氧能力检测仪的抗缺氧耐力检测模块进行缺氧耐力检测与训练,评估军事飞行人员低氧耐力,评估结束后,记录飞行人员缺氧有效意识时间,随机选择在我中心进行低氧耐力训练的的男性军事飞行人员,合格组有21人,良好组21人,优秀组21人,共计63人,并对不同缺氧耐力组军事飞行人员训练前血常规参数进行统计分析。结果在不同缺氧耐力组军事飞行人员年龄没有统计学差异的前提下,红细胞数量、血红蛋白和平均血红蛋白浓度在不同缺氧耐力组军事飞行人员之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他血常规参数在不同缺氧耐力组军事飞行人员之间的差异无统计学意义。结论不同低氧耐力军事飞行人员在红细胞数量、血红蛋白和平均血红蛋白浓度方面存在差异,这种差异可以为军事飞行人员急性缺氧耐力的医学选拔策略研究提供理论依据。Objective To explore the variations of blood routine parameters for military pilots with different hypoxia tolerance so as to contribute to the improvement of medical selection strategies for military pilots.Methods Sixty-three male military pilots who were under hypoxic endurance training in our center were randomly selected.A mixture of nitrogen and oxygen(7.1%)was used to simulate a 7500 m altitude oxygen environment.The anti-hypoxia endurance test module of the kk-1 anti-G and anti-hypoxia ability tester developed by Air Force Aviation Medical Research Institute was used to test and train the hypoxia tolerance of military pilots.After the assessment,the time of useful consciousness(TUC)of hypoxia was recorded.There were 21 pilots in the qualified group,21 in the good group and 21 in the excellent group.The blood routine parameters of military pilots in different hypoxia endurance groups before training were statistically analyzed.Results As long as there was no statistically significnt difference in the age of military pilots in different hypoxia tolerance groups,levels of red blood cells(RBCs),hemoglobin(Hgb)and mean cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)were significantly different between different hypoxia tolerance groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other blood routine parameters between military pilots in different hypoxia tolerance groups.Conclusion There are differences in the number of red blood cells,levels of hemoglobin and mean hemoglobin concentrations between military pilots with different hypoxic tolerance.This finding can facilitate research on medical selection strategies for military pilots with acute hypoxic tolerance.
