摘　　要：目的通过对招飞医学选拔心脏超声检出的心脏异常的分析,初步制定招飞医学选拔中的心脏超声检查操作规范。方法对2020年度招飞定选4002名学员行心脏超声检查,统计发现心脏异常的类型以及检出率,与内科听诊结果进行对比分析。结果4002名招飞定选学员中共检出1305例心脏异常者,检出率为32.6%,包括:心内瓣膜反流600例、主动脉瓣畸形10例、室间隔增厚1例,房间隔膨出瘤14例其中1例左向右分流、左室假腱索680例;心脏超声对于心脏异常的检出率显著高于内科听诊25.1%(P=0.000)。结论招飞医学选拔中心脏超声能提高心脏异常的检出率,减少招飞医学选拔过程中心脏异常的漏诊和误诊。Objective Based on the analysis of cardiac abnormalities detected by echocardiography in medical selection for of flying cadets,the operation rules of echocardiography in medical selection for of flying cadets were established.Methods A total of 4002 cadets selected in 2020 were examined by echocardiography.The types and detection rate of cardiac abnormalities were analyzed and compared with results of medical auscultation.Results Among the 4002 cadets,1305 cases of cardiac abnormalities were detected,so the detection rate was 32.6%,including 600 cases of valvular regurgitation,10 cases of aortic valve malformation,1 case of ventricular septal thickening,14 cases of atrial septal aneurysm coupled with 1 case of left to right shunt,and 680 cases of left ventricular false tendons.The detection rate of echocardiography for abnormal cardiac structure was 25.1%higher than that of medical auscultation(P=0.000).Conclusion Echocardiography used in the medical selection of flying cadets can improve the detection rate of cardiac abnormalities and reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cardiac abnormalities.
