摘 要:胞外聚合物(EPS)是微生物产生的胞外多糖、蛋白、脂质等高分子聚合物,其在吸附和降解外源有机物过程中起着重要作用。长期以来,环境系统中采用微生物法处理有机污染物主要聚焦于筛选降解菌、优化代谢条件、外源添加氧化还原材料等,而鲜有涉及微生物对外源有机污染物的胞外感应识别、功能基因调控及其降解关系的深入研究。综述了EPS的组成和性质、去除有机物的胞外作用机理及微生物的群体感应调控特征,以期对强化微生物EPS合成,实现高效去除有机污染物提供指导作用。Extracellular polymer substance(EPS)is a polymer matrix consisting of extracellular polysaccharides,proteins and lipids excreted by microorganisms,which plays an important role in the process of adsorbing and degra-ding exogenous organics.For a long time,the microbial technologies for treating organic pollutants in environmental systems has focused on the isolation of pollutant-degrading bacteria,the optimization of metabolic condition,and the addition of exogenous redox materials.An in-depth understanding of microbial extracellular sensation and recognition of exogenous organic pollutants,its functional gene regulation and the degradation relationship between microbes and the pollutants still lacks.The composition and properties of EPS,extracellular mechanisms of organic pollutant remo-val and microbial quorum sensing regulation characteristics were reviewed.It was expected to provide a guidance for enhancing synthesis of microbial EPS so as to achieve highly efficient removal of organic pollutants.
