摘  要:研究了采用以聚氨酯海绵和沸石粉为单体制备的新型载体与普通聚氨酯海绵载体的MBBR体系的脱氮效果,并利用微电极技术对2种载体内部的DO和ORP分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,新型载体MBBR体系具有更高效的脱氮性能,TN去除率和同步硝化反硝化(SND)性能比聚氨酯海绵载体MBBR体系高约10%;新型载体内部的DO和ORP比聚氨酯海绵载体下降快,其内部具有更大范围的缺氧区域,从而有利于反硝化过程的发生,提高了体系的SND性能。The nitrogen removal efficiencies of MBBR systems of new type biocarriers prepared by polyurethane spo-nge and zeolite powder and common polyurethane sponge biocarriers were studied.The distribution characteristics of DO and ORP in the two biocarriers were analyzed by microelectrode technique.Results showed that the MBBR system with new type biocarriers had more efficient denitrification performance,and TN removal efficiency and SND perfor-mance were about 10%higher than that of MBBR with conventional polyurethane sponge biocarriers.The DO and ORP value inside the new type biocarriers also decreased faster,led to a wider anoxic area,which was conducive to denitrification process and improved the SND.
