摘 要:食用菌渣是真菌蚀刻的天然原料,具有多维框架的疏松结构。以食用菌渣作为低成本前体制备食用菌渣活性炭(EFAC),利用响应面法确定了最佳制备条件,并考察了最佳条件下制备的EFAC对水中亚甲基蓝(MB)的去除性能。结果表明,对100mg/L的MB溶液,当EFAC投加量为0.4g/L时,去除率高达99.32%。Langmuir等温吸附模型可以较好地描述EFAC对MB的吸附过程,25℃下最大吸附量为666.67mg/g。吸附主要通过静电作用、氢键和π-π相互作用。Edible fungus residue is a natural raw material etched by fungi and has a loose structure with a multi-di-mensional framework.Edible fungus residue was used as a low-cost precursor to prepare edible fungus residue acti-vated carbon(EFAC).The optimum preparation conditions were determined by response surface method.The removal performance of methylene blue(MB)in water by EFAC prepared under the optimum conditions was investigated.The results showed that when the dosage of EFAC was 0.4 g/L,the removal rate of MB in the 100 mg/L MB solution was as high as 99.32%.The Langmuir isotherm adsorption model could describe the adsorption process of MB by EFAC,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 666.67 mg/g at 25℃.Adsorption was mainly through electrostatic intera-ction,hydrogen bonding,andπ-πinteraction.
