丹七片联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹七片联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者92例,随机分为对照组和联合组,比较两组疗效、心电图ST段下移导联数、T波倒置导联数、T波低平导联数以及硝酸甘油使用情况,检测高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、肌钙蛋白(cTnT)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)和红细胞比容(HCT)的变化。结果联合组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);经过治疗两组ST段下移导联数、T波倒置导联数、T波低平导联数、硝酸甘油服用量及服用硝酸甘油后心绞痛缓解时间均明显减少,LDL-C、CRP、cTnT水平及EAI、HCT均明显降低,HDL-C水平升高,且联合组变化更显著(P<0.05或0.01)。结论丹七片联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果优于美托洛尔单一用药。Objective To observed the clinical effect of Danqi tablet combined with metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 92 CHD patients with angina pectoris were randomly assigned to the Control Group and Combination Group,46 cases in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of the efficacy,ECG ST-segment descent leads,T-wave inversion leads,T-wave flat leads and the use of nitroglycerin.The changes in the HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP,cTnT,EAI and HCT were detected.Results The Combination Group had the efficacy superior to the Control group(P<0.01).After the treatment,both groups had the ECG ST-segment descent leads,Twave inversion leads,T-wave flat leads,the use of nitroglycerin and the time required for angina relief after the administration of nitroglycerin significantly reduced,the LDL-C,CRP and cTnT levels,EAI and HCT significantly decreased and the HDL-C level increased,and the Combination Group showed more significant changes(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Danqi tablet combined with metoprolol is superior to the metoprolol alone in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
