切开排脓辅以利多卡因乳膏扩肛治疗肛周脓肿的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察切开排脓辅以利多卡因乳膏扩肛治疗肛周脓肿的护理效果。方法200例行切开排脓的肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上加用利多卡因乳膏扩肛治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、尿潴留、住院时间及费用。结果观察组疼痛程度和尿潴留发生率低于对照组,住院时间和住院费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论切开排脓辅以利多卡因乳膏扩肛护理,可明显降低肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛程度及尿潴留发生率,缩短治疗时间,降低治疗费用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anal dilatation with topical lidocaine cream following perianal abscess incision.Methods Two hundred cases of perianal abscess undergoing perianal abscess incision were randomly treated with traditional nursing(control group)or additional anal dilatation with topical lidocaine cream(observation group).The pain,urinary retention,and hospitalization time and costs were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,pain,urinary retention,and hospitalization time and costs were lower in observation group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The anal dilatation with topical lidocaine cream following perianal abscess incision can improve postoperative pain and urinary retention,and reduce hospitalization time and costs.
