摘 要:为提升综采工作面搬家效率以及安全保障能力,提出将机械化搬家技术应用到霍州煤电集团所属矿井中。通过PHZ-60液压支架回撤平台、CAZ-35叉车提升液压支架搬运、安装效率,采用QYK-15矿用液压起重机实现转载机、刮板机等安装及拆卸,并具体对机械化搬家技术涉及到的设备、搬家工艺流程以及关键技术等进行阐述。现场应用后,机械化搬家技术较传统的搬家技术搬家效率提高50%以上,降低搬家过程中作业人员劳动强度并增强了搬家过程中安全保障能力。In order to improve the efficiency of moving the fully mechanized mining face and the ability to ensure safety,it is proposed to apply the mechanized moving technology to the mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group.The PHZ-60 hydraulic support retreat platform and the CAZ-35 forklift are used to improve the efficiency of hydraulic support handling and installation,and the QYK-15 mining hydraulic crane is used to realize the installation and disassembly of the transfer machine and the scraper,and the specific mechanized moving technology is involved The equipment,moving process,and key technologies received will be explained.After on-site application,the mechanized moving technology can increase the moving efficiency by more than 50%compared with the traditional moving technology,while reducing the labor intensity of the operators during the moving process and enhancing the safety guarantee ability during the moving process.
