摘 要:大采高综采工作面回撤支架期间,三角区的顶板管理一直是现场管理的难点。以往回撤支架期间,三角区顶板控制采用单体柱支设方式,存在安全环境不理想、材料消耗较高等难题。为了改变这一现状,打破以往的末采支护设计,根据液压支架掩护梁、顶梁受力位置,在不同的末采循环位置设计增加钢丝绳和锚索、锚杆支护,并采用增加掩护架方法,扩大控制顶板支护范围,从而有效控制抽架后三角区的顶板,减小待抽支架的顶板压力。通过一系列的工艺优化、改变,三角区取消了单体柱支护,提高了工作效率、改善了安全环境、降低了作业人员劳动强度,保障了作业人员的安全。During the withdrawal of supports from a fully mechanized mining face with a large mining height,roof management in the triangle area has always been a difficult point in site management.In the past,during the retracement of the stent,the roof control of the triangle area was supported by a single column,which caused problems such as unsatisfactory safety environment and high material consumption.In order to change this situation and break the previous design of terminal mining support,according to the force position of the shield beam and top beam of the hydraulic support,add steel wire ropes,anchor cables and bolt support at different terminal mining cycle positions,and adopt the method of adding shield frames,To expand the control range of the roof support,so as to effectively control the roof of the triangular area behind the frame and reduce the pressure of the roof of the frame to be drawn.Through a series of process optimization and changes,the triangle area has eliminated the single column support,which has improved work efficiency,improved the safety environment,reduced the labor intensity of the operators,and guaranteed the safety of the operators.
