摘 要:为了解决细粒煤含水量较高,在炼焦时需要消耗更多的能量,延长炼焦时间,减少生产效率,且在运输过程中增加了运输成本等问题。本文通过添加不同价态的无机电解质,探究了电化学预处理对细粒煤泥脱水的影响,采用了滤饼水分、过滤速度、pH值以及电导率表达了无机阳离子电解质对细粒煤脱水的影响。试验结果表明:添加NaCl后,滤饼水分含量增加,煤浆过滤速度降低,不利于细粒煤脱水;添加CaCl_(2)和AlCl_(3)后,滤饼水分含量明显降低,过滤速度增加,且铝离子与氢氧根离子结合生成了凝聚剂,与细粒煤凝聚成大颗粒,有助于细粒煤脱水。In order to solve the problem that the high moisture content of fine coal,more energy consumption,longer coking time,lower production efficiency and higher transportation cost during transportation.In this paper,the effect of electrochemical pretreatment on dewatering of fine coal slime was studied by adding inorganic electrolytes with different valence states.The effects of inorganic cation electrolytes on dewatering of fine coal were expressed by using filter cake composition,filtration rate,pH value and conductivity.The experimental results show that:after adding NaCl,the moisture content of filter cake increases,and the filtration speed of coal slurry decreases,which is not conducive to the dewatering of fine coal;after adding CaCl_(2) and AlCl_(3),the moisture content of filter cake decreases obviously,and the filtration speed increases,and the aluminum ion combines with hydroxyl ion to form coagulant,which agglomerates with fine coal to form large particles,which is conducive to the dewatering of fine coal.
