摘 要:为进一步增强煤矿井下带式输送机稳定、可靠工作,减少故障停机时间,针对皮带张紧方案进行建模,进行模型分析以及模型容错机制研究。设计基于动态矩阵(DMC)与PID控制技术相结合的皮带变频张紧控制数学模型和控制方案,并将3种控制方案PID、DMC、DMC-PID进行仿真,结果表明DMC-PID控制方案在系统响应实时性、跟随性以及鲁棒性方面表现最优。设计基于CAN总线通信的模型容错机制,并完成系统测试,测试结果表明该系统故障定位准确、通信可靠,满足带式输送机实际生产需求。In order to further enhance the stable and reliable work of the belt conveyor in underground coal mine and reduce the downtime of fault,the belt tensioning scheme was modeled,and the model analysis and fault-tolerant mechanism of the model were studied.The mathematical model and control scheme of belt variable frequency tensioning control based on dynamic matrix control(DMC)and Proportional Integral Derivative(PID)control technology are designed,and PID,DMC and DMC-PID control schemes are simulated.The results show that DMC-PID control scheme has the best performance in real-time response,followability and robustness of the system.The fault-tolerant mechanism of the model based on Controller Area Network(CAN)bus communication is designed,and the system test is completed.The test results show that the fault location of the system is accurate,the communication is reliable,and the system meets the actual production requirements of the belt conveyor.
