受开采方式影响下的采场底板破坏特征试验分析

摘  要:承压水上煤层开采底板稳定性受多种因素影响,其中开采方式是影响底板稳定性主要因素之一,不同开采方式对煤层底板隔水层裂隙发生、发育、扩展及其分布均会产生不同程度影响。通过相似材料模拟试验,研究了近距离厚煤层大采高全厚开采与下行分层开采两种方式下,底板隔水层裂隙发育及分布规律,结果表明:2种开采方式均会使煤层底板自上而下依次形成:竖向张裂隙带、斜向穿层裂隙带及顺层裂隙带,不同的是,2个煤层大采高一次同采时,承压水及采动应力双重作用使煤层底板破坏更加充分,3种裂隙沟通趋势更为明显,而分层开采时,顶板充分垮落岩石会促使已产生的裂隙部分闭合,有助于底板水害的防治;研究结果可为承压水上开采底板失稳机理研究提供参考。Many factors affect stope floor's stability,under the action of fluid-structure interaction,mining intensity change of coal floor water-resisting layer fracture occurrence,development,expansion and its distribution are different degree effects.Based on similar material simulation experiment,this paper analyses the close thick coal seam mining and mining step by step a downward with two ways,the floor water-resisting layer fracture development and distribution,the results show that the two types of mining will make coal floor from top to bottom in turn formed:with vertical fractures,oblique wear layer fracture belt and bedding fissure zone,just close occurrence with thick coal seam mining,confined water and the mining stress combination to make coal floor damage more fully,three kinds of crack communication trend is more obvious,and layered mining,roof caving fully have been placed in a crack in the rock would lead to partly closed,and help to bottom for prevention and control of water disasters;The results can be confined water in mining floor instability mechanism research to provide the reference.
