摘  要:本文通过对矿井提升绞车异常导绳轮进行拆解、测绘、分析等一系列工作,诊断出导绳轮偏摆超限的原因为导绳轮轴套及轮毂与原轮轴间隙过大,需加工一种分体式整圆零间隙轴套。根据所需加工轴套结构,此特殊工艺和工装设计出的一种专用加工技术。主要特点是保证分体式轴套内圆、轮槽加工精度条件下,使两半轴套装配组对后剖分面之间间隙为零,保证了轴套与轴径装配间隙均匀的要求。Through a series of work such as dismantling,surveying,and analyzing the abnormal rope pulley of the mine hoisting winch,the reason for the overrun of the rope pulley is diagnosed as the excessive clearance between the pulley bushing and the hub and the original axle.Machining a split type full circle zero clearance bushing.According to the required processing sleeve structure,this special process and tooling design a special processing technology.The main feature is to ensure the machining accuracy of the inner circle and wheel groove of the split shaft sleeve,so that the gap between the split surfaces of the two half-shafts is set to zero,which ensures the uniform gap between the shaft sleeve and the shaft diameter.
