摘　　要：凝血功能障碍是重症中暑常见并发症,一旦发展为弥散性血管内凝血,可导致广泛的微血栓栓塞和大出血,最终出现多器官功能障碍,是病死率增加的主要因素。早期评估和治疗凝血紊乱,是遏制重症中暑进展及死亡的有效途径之一,值得临床医生高度关注。目前国内外指南尚无重症中暑凝血功能障碍诊断和治疗的统一规范,文章将主要阐述重症中暑凝血功能障碍的病理生理机制、诊断和治疗进展。Coagulation dysfunction is a common complication of severe heat stroke.Once it develops into disseminated intravascular coagulation,it can lead to extensive microthrombotic embolism and massive bleeding,and eventually multiple organ dysfunction,which is the main factor for increased mortality.Early evaluation and treatment of coagulation disorder is one of the effective ways to curb the progression and death of severe heat stroke,which deserves the attention of clinicians.At present,there is no unified guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coagulation dysfunction associated with severe heat stroke at home and abroad.This paper will explain the pathophysiological mechanism,diagnosis and treatment progress of coagulation dysfunction in severe heat stroke.
