摘  要:本文通过对轴系应力测量方案的研究,设计了一套轴系应变测试系统该系统为一套相对独立的系统,测量操作可人为实时控制。在硬件结构上,不改变原有的轴系结构,供电系统由系统电源提供。在软件系统上,可以安装到控制系统主机上,由试验人员控制数据的采集、存储等工作。该系统采用无线传输方式,将应变数据采集系统集成并固定在轴上。微型应变采集器通过无线方式与外部控制单元通讯,并由外部主机进行控制。该系统除了能测量轴向力外,还能测量扭矩和轴功率。该测试系统采用先进的无线传感器网络方式通讯体系结构,改变了传统的有限测控模式,实现了无线发射节点与接收终端之间多站点、全数字化以及双向通讯。Through the research of shafting stress measurement scheme,a set of shafting strain testing system is designed.This system is a relatively independent system,and the measurement operation can be real-time controlled.On hardware architecture,it doesn’t change the original shafting structure.On software system,it can be installed in the control system of host computer,the data collection and storage is controlled by testers.This system adopts the wireless transmission mode,the strain data acquisition system is integrated and fixed on the shaft.The miniature strain collector communicates with the external control unit wirelessly,and is controlled by the external host.The system can measure the torque and shaft power as well as the axial forces.This test system adopts the communication archiecture called advanced wireless sensor network,it changed the traditional limited measurement and control mode,realized the fully digital and two-way communication between the wireless transmitting node and receiving terminal.
