摘  要:医疗设备机体环境的温湿值能反应其工作状况正常与否,针对Storz内窥镜冷光源主机运行时内外机体温差较大,内部易产生水汽或吸附灰尘而损坏电路元件的问题,该文设计了基于MicroPython框架与MQTT通信协议的温湿度监测系统。该系统通过与物联网云平台进行数据对接,实现了设备环境参数实时监测、数据存储和阈值预警,能更好地指导工程师进行设备预防性维护与保养。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定、测试准确、结构简洁,具有较大的通用性与应用价值。The temperature and humidity value of the medical equipment body can reflect whether its working condition is normal or not.In view of the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cold light source host of Storz endoscope when it is running,it is easy to produce water vapor or adsorb dust inside thus damaging the circuit components.Therefore,this paper designs a temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the MicroPython framework and the MQTT communication protocol.The system realizes environmental parameters real-time monitoring,data storage,and threshold warning through data docking with the IoT cloud platform,which can better guide engineers in preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment.Experimental result shows that the system is stable in running,accurate in testing,simple in structure,benefitting great versatility and application value.
