摘 要:为考察装有不同转速机组的相邻机组段厂房结构在脉动水压力下振动的相互影响,以某抽水蓄能电站地下厂房为研究对象,建立了包括两个机组段厂房结构的整体有限元模型,计算分析了脉动压力作用下相邻机组段厂房结构的振动反应。结果表明,流道脉动压力在相邻机组段楼板上激发的振动位移最大值仅为4.016μm,远小于水电站厂房结构楼板振动位移的控制标准0.2 mm;脉动压力在相邻机组段楼板上激发的均方根加速度最大值为0.133 m/s^(2),双台机组运行时,单台机组流道脉动压力造成的相邻机组段楼板均方根加速度增幅最大值仅为0.35%。说明机组流道内的脉动压力不会对相邻机组段厂房结构的振动产生明显的干扰和显著的不利影响。In order to investigate the mutual influence of the adjacent unit sections vibration on the underground power house under fluctuating pressure,a finite element model including the structure of two adjacent unit sections is established by taking a pumped storage power station as example.The structural vibration response of adjacent unit sections is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum vibration displacement of floor slabs induced by pulsating pressure of the adjacent unit is only 4.016μm,which is far less than the limiting value of 0.2 mm for the floor vibration of the hydropower station.The maximum root mean square acceleration of floor slabs excited by pulsating pressure of adjacent unit is 0.133 m/s^(2),and the maximum increase of root mean square acceleration of floor slabs caused by the pulsating pressure of the adjacent unit is only 0.35%.All of this indicates that the pulsating pressure of pump turbine unit does not have obvious interference and significant adverse effects on the structural vibration state of the adjacent unit section.
