摘  要:随着城市轨道交通车辆装备的轻量化、高效化和智能化发展,高频DC/DC变换器被广泛应用于城市轨道交通车辆装备电源系统中,Boost变换器由于结构简单、易于控制等优点,通常作为稳压器件被运用于DC/DC变换器前级变换电路中。针对传统Boost变换器存在开关功率器件电压应力高、输入电流纹波大等问题,文章介绍一种交错控制的Boost变换器,并分析该变换器工作原理和电路性能,推导出在占空比0<D<0.5和0.5≤D<1两种工作模态下的状态平均模型,并通过试验验证理论分析的正确性和可行性,为车辆辅助电源优化提供借鉴。With the development of lightweight,high efficiency and intelligence of urban rail transit vehicle equipment,high frequency DC/DC converter is widely used in the power supply system of urban rail transit vehicle equipment.Boost converter is usually used in the front-end converter circuit of DC/DC converter as a voltage stabilizing function because of its simple structure and easy control.Aiming at the problems of traditional boost converter,such as high voltage stress of switching power devices and big input current surge,this paper introduces an interleaved control boost converter,analyzes its working principle and circuit performance,and deduces the state average model of the converter under two working modes of cycle 0<D<0.5 and 0.5≤D<1.The correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis are verifi ed by experiments,providing reference for the optimization of vehicle auxiliary power supply.
