HPLC法测定蒙成药查干-6中异土木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定查干-6中异土木香内酯含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为GRACE Apollo C18柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(58∶42),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长225 nm,柱温30℃。结果:异土木香内酯在0.007144~0.178600 mg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.998;异土木香内酯平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.9%。结论:本方法操作简便,可准确测定查干-6中异土木香内酯的含量。Objective:To establish a method to determine contents of isoalantolactone in Chagan-6.Methods:Contents of isoalantolactone was determined by HPLC;the column was GRACE Apollo C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric(58∶42);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm;the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results:The linear range of isoalantolactone was 0.007444~0.178600 mg(r=0.998).The mean recovery of isoalantolactone was 100.3%,RSD=1.9%.Conclusion:The method is accurate in operation,which can be used to determine contents of isoalantolactone in Chagan-6.
